Sportsmanship

Assalamualaikum 

My topic today is sportsmanship. SPORTSMANSHIP ataupun semangat kesukanan mula menular dalam kalanangan rakyat Malaysia. Its is a good sign that shows Malaysia citizen has better awareness on the importance of having a good health. Sports can be varied. We have indoor such as congkak, table tennis, squash, badminton  with addition of various outdoor sports such as football <Malaysia BOLEH !> , volleyball, netball, long distance run, tennis and many more. How can SPORTS influence a person? How can SPORTS nurture people characters. ?

I suddenly feel there is urge for me to write about SPORTSMANSHIP regardless of the positive and its negativity.  Now my university is having SPORTS CARNIVAL where numerous sports competition will take place during this month. This carnival will be compete between each department such mechanical, chemical and petroleum. The participation is open to all level or stages of seniority. So there is no restriction either you're a final year, or just a foundation student all can play as one single team. 

But all this introduction is besides my point. Lets look at the moral value that sport can bring. 

1. Playing together in a team can build your team spirit

2. Play in a team can definitely help u boost your interpersonal skill because u meet new people, u share your  

    ideas and enhance mutual understanding

3. Play individual sport can help u increase your self motivational skill and spirit

4. Play individually will help u focus on your target such as running, jog

5. Play with friends help enhance bonding and spiritual value

6. Play in team will make u be a better motivator to your friends in need

7. A very patient person

These are some of the values that we can think of when we play sports in a positive manner. As a result, people who played positively will establish themselves to be a person who is not only strong physically, but also also cultivate positive culture in life, have more friends, better human sense and a lot more.

However it will be a very poor condition if people use their sports negatively or cultivate negative sportsmanship. 

Some people, they only focus to win a game and put aside some of guidelines in games rule and more importantly human rule.

Because they want to win, these are what they did:

1. Insult opponents by saying disgusting things

2. Moral down their opponents 

3. Play roughly during game's on

If sportsmanship being negatively interpreted like this, below will be the outcome:

1. Be someone who has no humanity value

2. Someone who enjoy insult people

3. Create enemy

4. Heart hard like a stone

Think of it. the points of the affect of playing negatively is seems less than the positive one but it have greater impact in life to turn life be miserable.

Somebody i used to know

Human was blessed by The Almighty, they has been granted with eyes to see, mouth to eat, ears to hear, nose to smell, skin to sense and heart to touch. All this senses we use in our everyday life with good care with good way insyaAllah to bless our life with all the opportunity that Allah has given us. To take care of this wonderful present by Allah, we ensure our physical body always clean, we eat healthy foods, we do regular exercises, we  walk around the park to have pleasure in the beauty of the nature. With dedication and excellent judgement, we will surely be able to take care of our physical needs and health. However, as human Allah didn't only gave us our physicals, but He also bless us with a soul that we called a heart. 

Heart is always hard to take care of especially for a women. A women's heart can sometimes be very sensitive and soft that a man can hardly understand. This heart of a women can be very happy although the  trigger is priceless to others, this heart can love more than the world did, this heart can cry flooding the earth for her loved one, this heart goes as strong as the thunderstorm when its determined, this heart can goes above the sky when its blooming, this heart of a WOMEN can do everything without the person next to it recognized it. When she loves, she truly loves it, when she cry she truly means it, when she smile she try to hide it, when she's heartbroken she will remember it, when she trust she will truly believes but when she was betrayed, her heart keeps nothing else.

The heart of women can be very very soft, as soft as silk and even softer. When a women's heart cherish, she will smile from ear to ear, she will pleased everything in a way she like, she will tell everyone about her happiness, she will keep talking and talking until no one wants to listen because she is so happy. She thanked to Allah for His blessing and that keeps her calm. Since her heart is so soft that men cant ever imagine, he always gave false hope that can a make women cries. That is why Allah ask asked men and women to lower their gaze, follow Islam relationship rules, because Allah loves women so much that He don't want her to broke her heart for someone not important to her. Allah knows BEST.
